The mystery may have been solved, but someone needs to tell that to the state governments that have legalized cannabis. If there is a growing number of people experiencing CHS it could be the fault of the authorities.
Neem oil is a very acceptable pesticide for the cannabis industry, according to horticultural specialist Matt Andrus who advocates it's use in the growing of medicinal and commercial grade cannabis.

A complicated problem indeed, that won't be going away quickly. Until it has though it would be wise to know what your grower(s) used in their gardens.
