The mystery may have been solved, but someone needs to tell that to the state governments that have legalized cannabis. If there is a growing number of people experiencing CHS it could be the fault of the authorities.

MerryJane's website has an informative article on this subject, which shows how complex this problem really is, since neem is an organic substance, that is useful in many applications other than as just a pesticide, but including it's safe use as a pesticide on certain plants. A complicated problem indeed, that won't be going away quickly.
