Re: Libertarian Presidential candidate 2020
Why are you talking about raising money? Schooling and hard work not enough?
Why should I be outraged about something I could give a fuck less about? The tax system you speak of just like our political system is corrupt to the core. Yet dumb fucks like you continue to support it.
And call your local senator or congressmen/women and ask that stupid question and see what answer you get.

But alas, I have no money to give. I hope she can raise the money.
Using your own logic why the fuck is she having to raise money? If she had just studied or worked hard enough then she wouldn't have to raise money then would she?
lmao so much for studying and hard work eh?
I'd talk about raising money. The Dems and Repubs are on your income tax forms asking for contributions. Where's your outrage for this? Why do the Dems and Repubs get on tax forms while the Libertarians are not?
You don’t know what Libertarianism is do you, you thick cunt?

"How come Libertarians don't get on tax forms"!
If this was satire, you'd think it was too heavy-handed.

C span is giving the green party a bit of time to show their platform. Likely the only spot they'll see in the upcoming campaign. However, they're platform sounds generations ahead of what the two corporate party's want, which is just more of the same.

Re: Libertarian Presidential candidate 2020
I've got good news to report. I got a text message from Jo. The Libertarians have secured ballot access in all 50 states for the November 3rd election.
Now if we can just get Jo on stage for the presidential debates.
Jo needs to be heard. The establishment is silencing her when it comes to the debates.
And it wouldn't hurt if MSNBC, CNN and Fox would show her a little love. The two parties have the media as their lap dog. So sad.

Why do you think that now - with climate change running out of control, the US' dysfunctional health system laid bare to a pandemic that's killed nearly a quarter of a million and vastly ramping inequality - is a good time to destroy America's social safety net and hand even more common good over to private investors?
Or do you not think and just believe the last thing you heard?

I think you're looking for perfection where no perfection can be found.
Jo and the Libertarians make more sense than the Democrats and Republicans. It's past time to end the insanity of those two parties. And now that Bernie is out, Jo and her policies are my choice.

Re: Libertarian Presidential candidate 2020
You've gone from universal, single-payer healthcare to total privatisation and deregulation.
You've gone from free tertiary education to a party that wants to privatise all education.
You've gone from a policy of correctly funding police and other public services to one that wants to withdraw all funding and privatise everything.
You really don't know anything do you, mate?

Re: Libertarian Presidential candidate 2020
You don't get it. It's my vote and I can cast it for who I want to.
Of the remaining candidates, Jo is my choice. Accept it and move along. I'm not voting for Biden or Trump. There are trade offs in elections. The "perfect" candidate doesn't exist. I didn't agree with Bernie on everything either, but he was my first choice despite his shortcomings. Just like I've already told you. You're looking for perfection where no perfection can be found. Compared with Biden and Trump, Jo is my choice. I can live with her shortcomings just like I lived with Bernie's shortcomings and imperfections. I'm perfectly aware where the candidates stand on the issues.

I'm asking you what the common point of policy is between Sanders and the Libertarians.
What attracts you to both?

The common point is both would legalize cannabis from a national perspective.

And that's it, is it? Something that's already de-facto legal would become legal, with states free to ignore the federal ruling? That's worth swapping in exchange for destruction of the instutitions that stop the poor from killing you?

Lots of slogans, no policy. You really don't know what you're voting for.

Yeah. The main problem with the gene pool has always been that there's no lifeguard.
Secondly, I might offer that education is a funny thing; to the uneducated.

I'm sure the "practical" part of Jo's policies has the two of you stumped. You're used to the double talk of the other two parties. I can see where practical has the two of you confused.
Re: Libertarian Presidential candidate 2020
Personally, I prefer Jif.
Whats not to like?
It's naturally delicious, a taste you'll Love, a smile with every bite.
I'm sold on Jif, and I don't care.

Over here it’s called pindakaas. Peanut cheese, . That always cracks me up.
Re: Libertarian Presidential candidate 2020
Lol.
And actually I was being metaphoric about preferring Jif.
Dry roasted peanuts used to be one of my favorite snacks until years ago when
I discovered they were the primary cause of my severe gastric episodes.
I gave up anything peanuts and am a much better man as a result.
No offence to Jimmy Carter mind you.

Maybe you should get some 'pindakaas' company to sponsor a "Ganja Tours Rebooted" and you could hand some out when your clients get the munchies?
