Yes Bo, the equivalency between them is very strong, because they're both terribly corrupt, along with their extended families and neither is fit to be president. Their similarities are endless, that's why they're american shysters first and politicians second, or would seconds be more accurate? And with america failing badly, because of the lockdown and ensuing economic chaos, what is our congress doing about it Bo? Besides lamenting they have no more scraps for the people they represent? More foreclosures and bankruptcies and unlike the last bubble burst twelve years ago, this time it ain't the people's fault, that blame lays completely on their (leaders) corrupt circus clowns one and all, who've failed miserably in their sworn duty to protect us from harm. Heck, your state governor should be up on charges of murder one, for ordering covid 19 cases be sent to nursing homes!

Excellent choices! Both, even tho fictional could do a far better job than our present crop of corrupted crap. T'would be great to bring back the lazy, carefree days of Mayberry, eh?

What would be even greater is if every electorate, became 'aware' between now and Nov. and wrote in their own favorite fictional character. Be a fine way to mock them, as they have mocked us our entire lives.

Republicans.

They don't care that he has five children from three different wives, and that he's cheated, repeatedly, on all three of those wives.

They don't care that he has strong ties to child sex trafficker, Jeffrey Epstein, and that he's been credibly accused of rape by more than two dozen women.

They don't care that Trump University and Trump Charity were closed due to fraudulent practices.

They don't care that he's told provable lies by the thousands since he took office.

They don't care that he's increased the national deficit by record numbers, even though he promised to eliminate the national debt in eight years.
Instead, he plans to add $8.3 trillion.

They don't care that he won't release his tax returns, even though he promised he would do so if elected president.

They don't care that he engages in juvenile name calling, and spends more time on Twitter and golf than he does working.

They don't care that he's had more business failures than accomplishments, and that he's known for stiffing contractors who did honest work for him.

They don't care that he led the RACIST birther movement, falsely claiming President Obama was born in Kenya.

They don't care that the Department of Justice sued Trump and his father Fred in 1973 for housing discrimination at 39 sites around New York. They were charging more rent for black people than for white, effectively pricing black people out of their properties.

They don't care that trump took out a full page ad in the New York Times, calling for the execution of the (black) Central Park Five for raping and murdering a jogger, AFTER they had been exonerated by DNA evidence.

They don't care that he paid hush money to a porn star with whom he was having sex while his wife was home with their newborn son.

They don't care that Trump has been repeatedly fined for breaking rules related to his operation of casinos. They don't care that Trump was fined $200,000 for arranging to keep black employees away from mafioso Robert LiButti’s gambling table. In 1991, the Casino Control Commission fined Trump’s company another $450,000 for buying LiButti nine luxury cars. His ties to the mob are clear, and they don't care.

That don't care that he bragged that he grabs women by the pussy, or that he walked in on young beauty pageant contestants while they were undressing.

They don't care that the Federal Trade Commission fined him $750,000 for failing to disclose his purchases of stock in two casino companies, Holiday and Bally, which exceeded minimum disclosure levels. They don't care that he's a cheat and a conman.

They don't care that that the Trump campaign spent more than $55,000 buying his own book Crippled America: How to Make America Great Again. That means Trump used donor money to his campaign to buy a book, sending the cash back to himself. Copies were given to delegates at the Republican National Convention.

They don't care that Trump continually insulted former senator and war veteran John McCain long after his death, or that he launched a broadside against the late representative John Dingell that suggested he was “looking up” from hell — an attack that shocked his widow, Rep. Debbie Dingell, who was preparing for her first Christmas without him.

They don't care that he gave Turkey a green light to invade Syria and attack our Kurdish allies. Russians later came in and took over former American bases.

They don't care that his handling of Jamal Khashoggi’s murder harmed America’s moral standing. They don't care that he praises dictators and insults our allies. They don't care that he sides with dictators over our own Intelligence Agencies.

They don't care that he permanently separates children from their parents when they come to America LEGALLY seeking asylum.

They don't care that trump belittled Khizr and Ghazala Khan, the parents of a Muslim American soldier who had been killed while serving in the Army.

They don't care that he's trying to destroy the United States Postal Service. They don't care that he makes totally debunked claims about mail-in voting, saying it is fraudulent, when even his own Intel agencies report that it's not.

They don't care that trump had promised to entrust management of his companies to his children upon becoming president. He didn't. He continually violates the emoluments clause. So does his daughter and advisor Kellyanne Conway.

They don't care that he lies about his crowd sizes. They don't care that Mexico didn't pay for the wall. They don't care that he completely lost the trade war with China, destroying many of our midwestern farmers.

They don't care that he ordered a raid in Yemen during which one Navy SEAL was killed, five American soldiers were wounded, and nearly 30 civilians died. The U.S. Central Command acknowledged that the civilian casualties “may include children.” A month later, U.S. officials announced the raid had yielded no new intelligence. But...Benghazi!!!!

They don't care that he was impeached for bribing Ukraine to interfere in our elections.

They don't care that he has completely botched America's pandemic response, making America one of the worst countries in terms of cases and deaths per capita.

They don't care that he constantly brags about himself, calling himself a 'stable genius' and claims he knows more about anything that anyone.

They don't care that he's so morally decrepit that our standing in the world is in the gutter, and our nation is in the worst shape it's been in for decades. He's a pathological liar, a cheat and a braggart.

This is just the tip of the iceberg ...

And. They. Don't. Care.

And then there's this little poison pill.
45's Execute Order stops payroll taxes which fund Social Security and Medicare.
Then said if he's reelected he will seek to permanently end payroll taxes.
The immediate order reduces funds for Social Security and Medicare that already have funding issues.
If that was made permanent, it would lead to the end of these programs.

This is the real agenda he has been pursuing backed by major Republican donors.

Here is what he actually said yesterday:

“If I’m victorious on November 3rd, I plan to forgive these taxes and make permanent cuts to the payroll tax. I'm going to make them all permanent. In other words, I’ll extended beyond the end of the year and terminate the tax."

Hello?

He can't actually terminate the taxes permanently with an EQ, that would require an act of Congress.

But the immediate action does reduce funding for Social Security and Medicare and the intent to destroy the programs has now been made crystal clear.

A PAID liar asking a politician why he lies so much is nonsense. However, a politician asking a reporter of a purportedly free press newspaper, why they lie so much would be newsworthy.

One of the problems with liberals is their narrow mindedness. Iff'n one isn't noticeably liberal, than they must be sleeping in the other camp, because there can only be two stances one can take politically, an 'either yer with us, or you ain't' mentality. I ain't for either of the two criminal assholes, Rudy. They're both bottom of the barrel garbage and biden's choice for vp is as crummy as a one pence. You can have your election, but again neither you, nor Cat are apart of it and never have been and that's dystopian, not tRumpian.

There is a difference between run of the mill lying on the part of politicians, and the continual bending of reality that Trump engages in.
Its insulting to those of us who value the truth and know infantile bs when we hear it.

Trump will lose the election and the GOP will lose the senate as well. Their totalitarian efforts to suppress the vote isn't going to work.

Where was your insult when obama let the banksters off, rather than jailing them as promised? Where was it when he partied lavishly in the white house whilst the masses struggled with the 'great recession', which last time i looked, Cat was still continuing, when lo and behold, another crisis and likely the great depression of the twenty first century, so historians can perhaps differentiate between the two. Where was your insult when obama lied and bs'd his way thru the rest of his presidency and accomplished practically nothing? He even had super majorities in both congress and the senate his first two years, but was obviously still celebrating his victory. The senate had 58 democrats when he came in and two independents that had caucused with the democrats. His 'big' contributions were obamacare, which was written by and for the ins. industry and the jcpoa, with Iran.

The lying and the infantile bs is here to stay, Cat, because the herd that reflects themselves as the electorate simply don't care. They'll vote for any dirt ball that comes along, as long as it stops that other dirt ball from winning again. Wet 'em down and the mud slinging commences. However, that's hardly practical politics in anyone's handbook, but that's our american politics in a nutshell.

Cat wrote:Trump will lose the election and the GOP will lose the senate as well. Their totalitarian efforts to suppress the vote isn't going to work.

Better get out there and knock on doors then, Cat. You might be right, with senate republicans dragging their feet over helping the masses, with something that was completely the government's fault and the elephants have many more seats up for grabs than the donkeys, but again the electorate is pretty dumbed up, so it's anyone guess at this time? However, tRump's present dismantling of the postal service will likely mean anyone sending in their vote via the mail between now and Nov. likely won't be received until after tRump's second inauguration. I know i sent my taxes in this year more than a month earlier than i ever had, in early March by certified mail. The irs received and signed for it in June and i received it's confirmation in July.

The only way to get a better america is to elect folks who care about americans and america, not themselves, nor their masters of the donor class.

There's that problematic narrow mindedness again.........

Gotta fix the system first. Why continue to use a broken system?

The idea that "If we can get OUR people into power it will work it self out" is the exact mentality as to why we are where we are today....

I believe narrow mindedness kinda flows with debating politics, so many biases already impregnated in our views. I also believe our system of electing does need to be fixed. The facade we have pretending to be a democracy, with two party's that pander to the same minority is hardly democratic. Imho the money has to be removed from all elections, putting all candidates on equal footing. No ads, no pacs, but lots of televised debates and then ranked choice voting narrowing the field to two. First place is prez and second becomes their vp. No electoral college needed, nor necessary. Same for congressional and senate seats, no candidate can have a 'party' affiliation and we should adhere to our constitution, so we have the correct number on congressional people working for the masses, which i've read should number in the thousands, not the hundreds, anymore. That would make it near impossible for lobbyists to interfere with congress and at the same time allow members more focus on a greater number of issues.

nemesystem wrote:The idea that "If we can get OUR people into power it will work it self out" is the exact mentality as to why we are where we are today....

I disagree, because for me OUR people have never run. No respectable citizen would and that's why we have the criminals now running our show. Well, that and the fact that the vast majority of the electorate are far more concerned with their latest toys, than to be concerned with adult topics like politics, or even worse, foreign policy and then there's economics, but let's not even go there.

I would like to hear more truth about Joe Biden's criminality and attempts to
deceive or defraud Americans.

The really dirty stuff(or even minor stuff if you like) that he's done that should (but won't) disqualify him in the 2020 Presidential race, or even send him to jail.

I'm very familiar with with 45's (public) record of deception, litigation and criminal enterprises and associates.

Lets talk about Joe Biden.
The man.
His history.
His record.
Finances.
All his misdeeds.

Maybe even start with some damning Facts about his son and Ukraine.

Anyone?

The really dirty stuff(or even minor stuff if you like) that he's done that should (but won't) disqualify him in the 2020 Presidential race, or even send him to jail.

I'm very familiar with with 45's (public) record of deception, litigation and criminal enterprises and associates.

Lets talk about Joe Biden.
The man.
His history.
His record.
Finances.
All his misdeeds.

Maybe even start with some damning Facts about his son and Ukraine.

Anyone?

I'm thinking she probably is in deep with experts and scientists and such. A total leftist hoax.

While you are explaining more things, maybe tell us a little about Falun Gong with its
Trump talking points "Real News" "Epoch Times" you enjoy gathering your political information from?

Two possibilities for America:

1. Trump wins in November and the acceleration towards a fascist superstate continues.

2. Biden wins in November, does absolutely nothing (because he doesn't want to and because he couldn't even if he did) to arrest the four-decade-long transfer of wealth from poor to rich, everything goes to shit and a competent, ruthless fascist takes over in 2024.

So long, America. You were warned, you were implored but you did not listen.
