Reopening
Georgia is reopening tomorrow and it is high time.
Things should have never been shutdown and locked up.
Bring on the big crowds again!!!!

No, Bo, I'll be by the long legged, big breasted woman wearing a mini skirt. We'll be sharing a big fat joint chuckling about the coronavirus hoax.
Re: Reopening
I farted earlier, and it smelled just like poop.
It was such a conservative little wisp of warm air, but with amazingly liberal outreach.
That couldn`t possibly have come from me.
Hoax comes to mind.

Re: Reopening
NY Gov. Cuomo(?) laid out the parameters of a safe start-up of businesses. Made a lot of sense what he has planned. Too bad he only represents one state, well a few because Conn., Jersey and PA. are in on his plan. He is what this country deserves (and needs) as a top executive.

Re: Reopening
pennswoods opened up trout season maybe 3weeks ago
our governor had a very tolerant approach to his lock down
don't know of anybody being hassled for being about
early on, read of a few running their heads when questioned, that snowballed
hope government realizes, all they do is remove the obstetrical, the people restart

There's going to be some people that stay at home even after everything reopens, no matter what the politicians say. But I'm ready to get out to a restaurant and do some clothes shopping. I've been cooped up for almost 45 days now and that's enough. It's time to get things going again for those that want to get out.
Since everything closed people just crowd the grocery stores now. I don't see the difference in rubbing elbows at the grocery or in a restaurant or clothing store.
I will say this, one thing I like is social distancing. I can't stand those people that walk right up on you and talk right in your face. I'm enjoying the six feet of space. I hope the six feet thing stays with us. You can be friendly six feet away just as easy as you can by being all up in my face. Just about the only good thing that has come from this is social distancing and I pray it is here to stay.

Re: Reopening
You should have little problem with people staying more than 6' away from you."Rubbing shoulders" is bad no matter where it happens. I have never seen any of that in my monthly trips for groceries. I wish they would make the aisles "one way". It is hard to maintain 6' when the aisles are only 5' wide

Trump pressured Governors to "liberate" their states, got the right wing citizenry impatient to get out, and then backed off and said it was something he's "not happy with", so if the death count goes back up due to early reopening, he can blame the State Governors for it. That's his strategy for now. More proof that the economy comes first over public health for Trump and certain state leaders. Don't listen to any of them.
This is peanuts, consider how shit would go in a real catastrophe like major volcanism, or an asteroid strike. We'd never survive. People are to fucking stupid.

Tulsa is at a "plateau".
No decrease or increase in the rate of infections, just a steady, manageable(for now) stream of verified cases thanks to the
shelter in place protocols most are following.

America is sinking to the bottom of the ocean.
Along with myself I feel sad for America.
But really scared for the bottom of the ocean.

I thought the second wave would come before 2021.
I don't think they will find a vaccine.
