Our courts protect (y)our politicians from prosecution, Cat. Sure, we can blow taxpayer dollars on piles of trials, but rarely does anyone, besides lowly congressmen ever see a jail cell and even then it's a restrained country club. There's never been true justice in this country, since it's constitution was ratified. Had we kept the articles of confederation, then it'd been a different tale being told today.
