I agree, neither of them should be given a lifetime appointment to the Supreme Court. (of course neither should have Kavanaugh...come to think of it I think I would prefer those Channelites.
When was Kavanaugh indicted and convicted? I must have missed that. I say he should not have been confirmed solely because of his performance under questioning...he lost it. Compare his 40 minutes to RC's 11 hours of grilling.
