Smoke or drive. You do not have the right to put other people's lives at risk.

I’ll try to give you fair warning next time I’m driving in the UK.

I understand that a popular police tactic for detecting narcotic use(establishing probable cause to continue searching) is visually inspecting the subjects tongue for a milky film.

Perhaps some sort of drool meter implemented whilst being exposed to a bowl
of mixed Doritos & FunYums would fill the bill?

I'm thinking that the officer could simply walk up with a Magnum ice cream bar and ask the perpetrator if they would like a bite... :)

Yes, a very smart lady who figured out the problem where doctors of medicine failed. I also had to depend on my PT for a gluten intolerance diagnosis, whereas my doctor wanted me to see an orthopedic surgeon, for possible hip replacement. You have to find people passionate about helping people, or even snakes, not folks in it to make money.

A physical therapist diagnosed you with gluten intolerance?

Microwaving food gave you kidney stones?

What other physical maladies are you dealing with?

Uh huh, i was complaining of right hip pain that was causing me to limp badly and i could only sleep on my stomach, which i hate. PT recognized my cecum was greatly inflamed, just thru touch and suggested i back off gluten for a few months, but it was noticeable relief in a few days.

boneymaroni wrote:Microwaving food gave you kidney stones?

Kind of the conclusion i've drawn, since tossing mine nearly six years ago and am stone free. I still occasionally eat the frozen foods i once did, but they're cooked in an oven now. Fifty one years not microwaving and zero stones, sixteen years of using one and three dozens stones, if you see an underlying symptom i'm missing please let me know. Like i say i'll do just about anything short of suicide, to avoid any in the future.

boneymaroni wrote:What other physical maladies are you dealing with?

Used to have problems with cramps that would wake me from my slumber, until shezz gave me the answers i needed to deal with them. Stop them before they could occur. Got others and they're piling up, but since i'm too rapidly approaching septuagenarian, perhaps it's to be expected. My major problems are i'm overweight and i'm not nearly active enough. I've been working on the former since last June and it's slowly coming off, but i've still to figure a way to get my body back in the gym, or at the very minimum walking more. Too much time spent here typing on the forums.

Erm, might I suggest age and diet (not enough gluten) as factors more likely than microwaves?

Age and diet? Why then did i get the stones starting twenty two years ago and not today? Also, i stopped gluten intake, for the most part, only three years ago. Seems if age were involved i'd be getting more now than then, eh?

Slither wrote:You really are delusional.

No more than statistics permit and certainly no more than any of the rest of us in this mad, mad world.

May peace, good health and prosperity be upon you as well.

Then by all means Daz, tell me where my thinking's gone wrong? It's apparent between the three of you, that none have had kidney stones. I'd love to dig up a site on the internet that sided with me, but i agree the ones that do are all loons who's 'research' is easily debunked, but i simply can't get away from the fact that for fifty one years no troubles and sixteen years microwaving...three dozen very painful stones, wtf?

The official British government tale about Russians poisoning a double agent and his daughter is unraveling, according to the former British ambassador Craig Murray.

Craig Murray wrote:Several million people have now read my articles on the lack of evidence of Russian government guilt for the Salisbury attack. That’s over 300,000 unique visitors on this little blog alone so far, and it has been repeated on hundreds of sites all over the internet. My own tweets on the subject have been retweeted over 12,500 times and received 8 million impressions. I know that journalists from every mainstream media outlet you can mention have seen the material, because of numerous tweets from them none of which address any of the facts, but instead call me a “Conspiracy nutter” or variants of that, some very rude.

Yet what I wrote has not been refuted. It would be very easy to refute were it not true. The government would just have to say “Porton Down have stated that they have definitely identified the nerve agent as made in Russia”. They have not said that. Most extraordinarily, not one mainstream media “journalist” has asked a minister the question: “You keep using this phrase the nerve agent is “of a type developed by Russia”. Are you able to confirm it was actually made in Russia?” .

There is no excuse for this. Literally hundreds of mainstream media “journalists” have slavishly reproduced the propaganda phrase “of a type developed by Russia” without a single one of them every querying this rather odd wording, or why it is the government always uses that precise wording again and again and again.

It goes without saying that not a single mainstream media “journalist” has reported that fact either that until recently Porton Down believed that “novichoks” had probably never actually been synthesised successfully and that the [Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons] has never banned them on the grounds that there was no evidence of their physical existence.

Quite apparent both the US and Britain prefer blaming Russia, rather than their ally who is the more likely suspect.

"I'm not saying the Russians didn't' do it, I am saying there are other possibilities."
Craig Murray

Seems a bit contradictory to me.
Which is it - " the investigation is unravelling," or "there are other possibilities?"

Cheers.

Let me ask you this, if you went into the US congress and knowingly lied your ass off would you still be walking free, without shelling out plenty for political donations?

Salvador Rizzo & Meg Kelly, for the washington post wrote:In some cases, Facebook collects data about its users even when they’re not on Facebook’s website or apps. For example, third-party websites that feature Facebook’s “Like” button send some user data back to Facebook. Although the process is slightly different, “Share” buttons on websites and other tools essentially do the same thing.

“We receive information about you and your activities on and off Facebook from third-party partners, such as information from a partner when we jointly offer services or from an advertiser about your experiences or interactions with them,” Facebook’s data policy says.

The upshot here is that Facebook hoovers up a bunch of data about people who aren’t Facebook users, creating what are known as “shadow profiles.”

Zuckerberg said these Facebook-abnegators may “turn off and opt out of any data collection for ads.” But how would that even work, since they’re not Facebook users? Do they send postcards?

One option: “You turn it off by making a Facebook account,” said Gebhart, of the Electronic Frontier Foundation. (This, of course, is counterintuitive and defeats the purpose for those who want to avoid Facebook.)

Heck they even try to troll data from non members who's only recourse is to join facebook, so they can purportedly turn the program off.

ZeroHedge again? Christ.
Yet another example of how reality and truth have become commodities for consumption, to our national chagrin.

“Because the plain people are able to speak and understand, and even, in many cases, to read and write, it is assumed that they have ideas in their heads, and an appetite for more. This assumption is a folly.”
H.L.M.

But then again, the microwaves - oh, the microwaves.

Nope I'd be in jail just like you. Even with the political donations.

However I know of a few guys who've lied to the FBI and kept their jobs within the federal government and political donations had nothing to do with it.

ZeroHedge is a batshit site.
This is widely known.

Trump is batshit crazy.
This is widely known.

However Zero hedge posts the actual news, rather than wait for the government's official response. Their predictions of the market are batshit for the most part, but all market analysis is, best to stick with their news, which isn't tainted like mainstream media and as proof of that remark i present you with a disclaimer of sorts that arrived on their website today.

Tyler Durden for Zero Hedge wrote:Over the weekend, Russia's foreign minister Sergei Lavrov created quite a stir when he announced that the independent Swiss state Spiez lab said that Sergei Skripal, a former Russian double agent, and his daughter Yulia, were poisoned with an incapacitating toxin known as 3-Quinuclidinyl benzilate, or simply BZ, adding that while the toxin was never produced in Russia, it was in service in the US, UK and other NATO states.
Image
However, as RT reports, Andreas Bucher, Spiez Laboratory’s strategy and communications head, told TASS on Monday, that:

“We cannot have any statement on that...”

“We are contractually bound to the OPCW for confidentiality. So, the only institution that could confirm what Mr. Lavrov was saying is the OPCW. We cannot confirm or deny anything.”

As we noted previously, the Swiss lab is also an internationally recognized center of excellence in the field of the nuclear, biological, and chemical protection and is one of the five centers permanently authorized by the OPCW.

And yet the Swiss lab in a letter to RT states:

Spiez Labs wrote:OPCW does not disclose the identity of designated labs that contribute to OPCW activities. These labs are also bound by secrecy agreements. These arrangements exist to ensure the integrity of the analysis and results provided by the designated labs.

Imho, these arrangements are strictly so bullshit politics and propaganda can continue to rear their ugly heads, in a world that's filled to the brim with them already.

At least on Zero Hedge you can find the important news worthy events occurring worldwide, unlike any of our mainstream news sources, here, or abroad. For news the internet is our savior.
