It will make a start if there is a war and the Yanks are in from day 1 instead of turning up later :-)

You should feel a little butt-hurt, but now I'm feeling sorry for you.

All dogs are therapy dogs.

Are you referring to Great Britain twice declaring war on Germany and promptly getting bitch slapped then begging America to save their ass? :-)

Hobie, have you seen the PBS Special on Chosin Reservoir? I think it was part of 'The American Experience' series...fairly recent. I highly recommend it.

Yes indeed I made it a point to show my grandson the PBS special , also the fact that my dad was on a carrier with VF 33 providing close ground support to them Jar heads . Lets not forget the Army units to the east of the chosin as well and other UN units .

My wife runs the Dialysis Unit at the VA here (32 years and counting...) and at least a couple times a week she comes home feeling bad about another of her WW2 & Korean War "old guys" who passed away... and now the Viet vets are dropping away fast too... hug them every day if you got any of those guys still in your lives...

lol. Must have missed this before. The only war the US is going to have with China is an economic war.

China have been holding a summit of world leaders for its 'One Belt, One Road' iniative where they hope to connect the world in a '21st C. Silk Road'. This will involve China spending hundreds of Billions USD building state of the art infrastructure in countries on the way (power grids, ports, roads) to connect the world. China are better at globalisation then the US now.

And the UK has just sold the national grid to them.
