The Wall

Postby Rudy » Thu Jan 26, 11:30 pm

http://www.cnn.com/2017/01/26/politics/ ... index.html

"President Donald Trump has decided he will seek to pay for the wall on the US's southern border by imposing a 20% tax on imports from Mexico and as part of a larger comprehensive tax reform plan, the White House said Thursday."

Talk about stirring the turds. 1,954 miles of Mexican border.

"we don`t need no Education!" We want a fucking wall.

Absolute insanity.

Like a small child playing with matches.

I understand he wants to build some behemoth monstrosity and put a golden "TRUMP" on it.
That`s what he does. But this is really outrageous. Please tell me this is just some strategic threat
to gain leverage in a future negotiation or something. Surely he can`t force this to happen...

This wall is going up, Congress hinted today they will make the funds available. It was his #1 campaign promise.

He's added 5000 new border patrol agents to push the ladders off.

The wall will be 55 ft tall in the places where it can't be observed regularly. Some sort of tunneling protection probably too.

I'm confused why America is the only country on earth that takes shit for wanting a secure border.

I'm not saying a wall is the answer... but what? Are we entitled to secure non-porous borders or not?

Bullshit.
If anything, a small portion will be constructed to satisfy morons like you and then the project will get dropped and everyone will forget about it.

Good on the Mexican Govt. for telling your man Drumpf where he can stick it.

You mad bro? Haha

I think I proved who the Trump man is.
If you can find a post where I support Trump as president I'll donate $100 to your favorite charity.

Did someone grab you by the pussy when you were a young girl...is that why you feel compelled to act like such a cunt?

Dummy, progressives were hoping Trump would get the nomination on the theory he'd take the GOP down with him. He still may.

I doubt most Trump voters view him as a Republican. He will be assessed on how well he is able to get the agenda he ran on acomplished in spite of Congressional opposition...from either party.

At the rate the Democrats are getting their ass handed to them since 2010, the GOP may well have a supermajority by 2018

I agree Cujo he seemed outside established republican rhetoric and still does. I think most people saw that as a form of change and voted for it. My only hope is his campaign promise to force term limits down both houses throats, that alone could help drain the swamp.

Unless they can present a much better and better received healthcare for the public it will remain a stalemate. And this stalemate is really getting stale, mate!

Nieto knows he has a dilemma...How can he play both ends against the middle by kissing Donald's ring while still maintaining a perception of machismo at home.

He just needs a bit more time to noodle that one through

Completely different reasons for a wall and doesn't have anything to do with my question but okay. Israel seems to like their wall....so does the Vatican, they both seem to be doing the job.

Walls work on a smaller scale, political change brought down the Berlin Wall, it wasn't because it wasn't working.

Before Cat makes an ass out of himself again, I don't want a fucking wall built and don't think it would work in this country due to the impossible task of monitoring. Not to mention the construction problems. I hope I'm wrong that it will go up in some form.

the mexican prez is in bed with the juarez cartel or vice versa .
akin to a stateside political party being in bed with unscrupulous hungarians .

The wall concept seems more symbolic than effective. With the surveillance technology available combined with increased human resources on the border, it should be a reasonably cost effective initial strategy. Also, they can take Obama's fleet of drones and use them for something besides blowing civilians up

In was the state of the union address, he said the same things Trump is saying today except Bill got a standing ovation for it.

If you're not an independent and willing to vote that way you're part of the problem. Both major parties lie through their teeth.

With that twat Trump in charge I see any wall between the US and Mexico being more like the one in Berlin, to prevent thousands of US citizens leaving rather than Mexicans coming in

It will become a figurative wall.
Kind of like the danger it will protect us from.
And like the furious gnawing political gerbil roaming around up Trumps ass.
