Yep, accurate assessment so far. He could always resign if the job is to overwhelming for him. Is it the pressure that's making him so erratic, or is it dementia?

seriously - i think dementia

see interviews of him 10 years ago ...he could speak in full sentences and actually string thoughts together.. world of difference between today's interviews and those old ones.
