Perhaps you should start a "cornhole" thread?

Helluva win by Stenson. I'd love to play (hack my way around) Prestwick or St. Andrews someday.

I think I've heard of it before, it sounds like fun. The closest I'll probably ever get to a genuine links course will be Bandon Dunes and I still need at least one other person to accompany me, I hate playing alone and with strangers.

Forget Bandon Dunes.

Go to the Auld Sod. Either Ireland or Scotland. The people are wonderful. The whisky is tasty. The courses are outstanding. Both countries are very beautiful (even in the rain!). You will never regret/forget a golf trip to either country.

Ahh, but Bandon Dunes is just a 3 hour drive away. No passport, no jet lag, no outrageously overpriced airfare. Don't get me wrong, playing in the UK is on my bucket list, but BD is much more within reach.

Didn't know you lived so close to BD. From the east coast, the trip takes a long time. At least two connecting flights (if not three) Enjoy.

If you ever get the chance, play Royal County Down. The most amazing Golf Course I have ever seen.

Would it make you feel better if it was owned by some big corporation?

Still don't care if he owns Doonbeg, Turnberry, Doral or any other golf course.

What is bizarre is:

You don't want to play golf on a golf course, simply because of who owns it.
You think I like Trump, simply because I pass by a few of his buildings.

I get you don't like the guy. But your take on this is most definitely bizarre.

You're doing it again. Your reading comprehension is woeful to say the least.

1) I didnt say I dont want to play there because Trump owns it. I said it is sad that he owns it. It is sad. Its a very nice course in a beautiful part of Ireland and it is owned by a megalomaniacal cunt with stupid hair.

2) I never inferred you 'like Trump'. The suggestion was that you may be less sensitive to (afraid of) him being in possesion of property around the world (or in Ireland) given that he is from NY and owns plenty of real estate there.

Once again with feeling. WHO CARES who owns the golf course? Its not like he is going to be your caddy, or greet
you on the first tee.

Your 2nd statement (in defense of your first nonsensical statement about buildings he owns) doesn't clear anything up, it is just as dumb as the first.

I stand corrected. You never, ever, ever said Islam is a peaceful religion.

I live near one of Trumps new courses in Scotland and I care who owns it as he's been a total bully. Thinks he can ride roughshod over all our legislation. Makes promises that he breaks. Oh and he's a massive bellend. How anyone could consider voting for him is beyond me.
