Would you be happy to have fracking in operation near you, your kids and grandkids?

I'm guessing the answer will be a resounding "NO!"

You only have to look at the Volkswagen emissions scandal to know that big corporations are prepared to lie like fuck about how green their products are!

Peace, Des.

That VW prick was arrested at the airport in Miami yesterday.

Good! ... Let's hope they make an example of him!

Peace, Des.

I found this an interesting development ...

Gotta be worth a shot, surely?

Is it a hydro power plant? That would be good.

Something needs to be done about Sellafield though. Fucks sake.

I've never been to Sellafield but I've done the guided tour of Heysham Power Station!

They pump the water they use to cool the reactor straight back into the sea! The tour guide reckons it's a perfectly safe procedure, although I'd like to see him and his kids out there swimming in it before I'd believe him!

It's terrible.

Sellafield is also massively old and somewhat unsound. If it were to be damaged or blown up, we'd all be screwed, even over here.

it's gearing up here in amish country, the fracking pipeline protest . i suspect, if it was my land i'd 'pitch a fit' too??
story is, structurally, township zoning officials are condemning all shelters, seems a loophole on teepees though
ironically, the invaders drove all the teepee dwellers off back when, now those invaders, have moved back into
teepees, hoping to repel the next wave of invaders . guess, history does repeat itself .

This legal action was taken on the same day that the department issued fresh permits for wastewater disposal wells to both Seneca Resources and Pennsylvania General Energy.

This sound like government for the people to you?

Sounds like Trump's brand of governing to me.
