I think I'm ready for an edible!!!! I've got to get out of state to try some. Any of you tried edibles yet? How do they stack up compared to smoking?

It takes longer to take effect.
It hits hard when it does.
It last a lot longer than a smoked high or stone.
A vape pen is nice to have for in between edibles.

I guess Colorado would be your closest.

I'm 46. Seems that most of the people active on this forum are older than me.

Oh, I've ate pot before in brownies twice. But I was talking about the edibles like chocolate bars and gummies that they make now in the legal states. I've never tried the new streamline edibles that they make en masse. Would love to try some. I've never even vaped cannabis. I just smoke joints or smoke from a pipe when I smoke. But I'm still 4 and a half months clean from weed. I've got to be able to pass a hair follicle drug test for a job I want. The website says it detects drug usage for the previous six months so I've still got some time to go. It'll be worth it, the job starts out at $50k per year. That's good money in Alabama and I want a bigger, two story house and that money will get me there. I hope to be gently toking again by year's end.

How do you make yours? You've got Wing Nut Cookies @ 225 mg, but how do you measure out 225 mg? I don't understand.
Would you care to share how you do this with your recipe?

I don't question the potency of your edibles Hobie, just the ones in A'dam and dispensaries. I have no idea how to calculate the mg content of my cookies. I've been accused of making mine too strong. If I know someone has a low tolerance I will recommend that they start off with a quarter of a cookie and reevaluate after an hour or so. For most people that is plenty.

Did not mean it like this and thats what I get for posting stoned , I did try and post the results here from " Know your grow " but no luck ... Im asking others for help ... and I also suggest a .25 dose at first
