Nice pix! Thanks for the link. I was wondering what the link was for the B&B itself, as it doesn't seem to be coming up on Google. Is it in Haarlem?

Its kinda sad that the view out the window is so bad, but with those prices (not to mention being at W.W.) it would be tolerable.

Other than a pitiful view from the first floor, how was the stay? I assume the allow smoking in their rooms?

We stayed at the Sativa in September - Room C. This room is on the top floor - 2 floors above the coffeeshop, so the noise was not an issue for us at all. The view out the front window was of the street & train station. Much better view than the photos that are posted here. It was nice to look out the window and watch the people walking by - especially when Haarlem is waking up. I will warn you - the stairs are very steep and there is no lift. Not the best if you are carrying a lot of luggage - can be a little dangerous (especially if you have been drinking / smoking). The room was very large and we were quite happy with it - especially at only 45E/night. They even had t-shirts layed out on the bed for us when we arrived. The showers & toilets are on the 2nd floor, so we had to walk downstairs to use the facilities, but that was not an issue for us. Besides, it is quite convenient to have the coffeeshop downstairs for your breakfast & late-night smoking pleasure. The staff was super nice - especially Ferrie - the dealer (bald guy). He works at all of the shops - we ran into him at the Indica one day as well. Very cool guy. We will definately stay there again and I would recommend you do as well. Have fun!!

Nol was staying there when we arrived - he had just gotten out of French Prison. We talked to him a little - very nice guy as well.
