How much do people pay for flights to Amsterdam these days? I seem to remember usually paying around the 100 quid mark from Luton, with one memorable occasion where I got two flights for 44 quid including taxes and everything.

I don't go much the days and the last two times I've gone by boat and tunnel.

EasyJet in September (the month we usually go) is £69 return, and that's flying on the best timed flights!

We just paid 5K for two tickets on United during high season. See you in two weeks Amsterdam. Yes, you read that right. Insane really. They are not business or 1st class either. They are Economy Plus which is a little better then riding with the rest of the cattle.

I think he is trying to beat my record in the category of best unfinished trip reports.
Either that, or he is taking a very long vacation...

good deal mh, with united's canned soda policy you should be safe from all religious
radicals and those in general who enjoy the fizzy effervescence of this beverage

Flights to Europe from NYC cost at least $1,000 these days regardless of destination. The cheapest flights I have seen get you to Ireland for maybe $750.

I'm guessing he's got a job working as a 'jizz mopper' at one of the peep shows and is too busy to fuck about on the internet?

Peace, Des.
