Kings Day

Postby MileHighDenver » Wed Apr 27, 5:56 pm

The coldest in 30+ years but the party goes on. I'm near the RAI where a giant rave is going on. The house has been shaking since noon.

What are the Dutch Royal Family like?

Does the King rock out with his cock out?

Peace, Des.

He's quite a handsome man married to that Argentin woman with several chubby children. Kings Day was somewhat subdued maybe because of the cold weather. It was still pretty busy around town and the mess this morning showed that. The Little Collins makes an excellent breakfast near the Albertcuyp market and the Remodeled Katsu is still nice for an after breakfast joint.

Very nice to be back in Amsterdam. It's still a very beautiful city. They've placed large boxes filled with Tulips all over town. Way more colored tourist bikes then I ever remember. The flow is not as good as it used to be and just catching an eye at an intersections is not enough anymore.

All booked for a weekend get away to Fort Resort Beemster. http://www.fortresortbeemster.nl/en/
Deluxe dinning and soaking for tired sore bicycle bones.

Weather has improved and it's nice to see blue skies over Amsterdam. Today we will deliver some Cannabis plants to some local friends to go in their allotment gardens. A little tour around town and a stop at Siberie will be a good morning.

And direct from www.jackiescannabissanctuary.com...
"Donations for this event will be $64.29. There are only 50 spots available, so reserve your spot before it's too late! 100% of proceeds go straight to funding Jackies Sanctuary. Tickets will NOT be sold at the door! 420 Friendly - See more at: http://www.jackiescannabissanctuary.com ... ZqqFN.dpuf"

As "CEO" and the only person there, shouldn't the above read "100% of the proceeds go straight into Bret's pockets to fund his traveling to Amsterdam?"

Found scooter rentals for 25E a day. 6 day minimum at that price though. The beach is nice but the water is very cold. Some of our friends have beach houses and have invited us to spend some time there.

You missed your calling... instead of being another CEO, you should have been a weatherman. Who would have thought that the North Sea would be cold at this time of year?

You missed your calling as well Banks.

Oh, no wait a minute. You didn't miss anything. You are an asshole.
Your obsession with MHD's life is absurd.

I stand corrected.

Have you seen the "stumble stones" around Amsterdam? The goal is to get one in front of every home a Jew was taken from. I had lots more to share but it's clear Banks doesn't want to see it or hear about my trip and adventures. And no I didn't fuck his wife or daughter as a couple of you have asked. No I didn't piss in his breakfast cereal as another asked. I really don't know why he dislikes me so much. I would value opinions though.

Thank you for the interesting info about the stumble stones. When did this begin? How many are about town? As far as Banks' problem with you and a few others, I don't know what set him off, but he is probably stuck there. I have enjoyed him mostly. We are all a motley crew. I would try the old "why you." slap the top of your head rapidly and give the Woob Woob Woob. If that doesn't help, yell "hey Moe, hey Larry" .

The project is Europe wide and begin about 3 or 4 years ago. Only a small portion have been laid so far.

Amsterdam has several new food delivery services that it seems almost all restaurants are connected with now. Deliveroo, Foodora, Just Eat, and a couple others comprise youngsters on bikes with all kinds of different carrying devices. You call the restaurant and they arrange the delivery in most cases. Some take orders online too.

I'm headed back to Colorado tomorrow. I've had a great trip and will have some Dutch visitors soon at my place.

The real question is why do you care so much about MHD? Are you in love with him?
You seem quite obsessed with his life and his travels.

There is nothing wrong with MHD posting messages about his travels or his ganga tours or his cannabis friendly B & B IMHO.
I like to know what is going on in the world of weed.

Its not like he is posting adverts for McDonalds or Starbucks.

I was thinking of a cannabis retreat for the girlfriend, but went for the home exorcism instead. She's better now.

I don't see any boasting at all. I see a guy who is committed to the legalization of cannabis.

When I see Banks, I see a guy who is committed to being a jerk at each and every opportunity.

Nice try. Took you long enough.
The real question is whether I could ever be attracted a pudgy, short-sighted hairy little man such as yourself.

Not likely.
