Just curious if anyone out there where it's legal knows of anyone selling hash made the old fashioned way, before bubble bags and iceolators? Good ol' school stuff with unique tastes?

Back in the day, someone told me Indian hash was scraped off the bodies of naked young boys who'd been made to run through the fields of cannabis plants picking up the pollen along the way!

I dunno if there's any truth to it though?

Peace, Des.

I guess that depends on what you mean by the old fashioned way. If you mean just hash without bubble bags, it is around and I have had it. I am a big fan of the gumby method and had some of that last year. I recently had some made from worked/pressed kief (very nice). Another guy gave me some he made with trimmings and a screen box, a la the Moroccan method. Hoping to try my hand at it later this summer too.

Colorado rocks!

Dab hits in just a few minutes using a cheap hair iron and no solvents. The guy is wasted but you get the idea.

I'd consider either of these methods a way to make kief, rather than hash. Kief is usually just the pollen and bits and pieces of the plant material. Once pressed together into bricks it effectively turns the kief into hash, but imo it still tastes like kief, which is really a great taste and quite different from that of any hash.

Either that, or the name of your professional basketball team would make great monikers for Coloradan hash!

I hope so but too much up in the air to plan that far ahead. I think I have only been to Denver once since I saw you last. Keep me apprised of your plans and I may surprise you.

A few of the dispensaries up here offer kief @ $15 - $20 a gram.

Your writing skills are fine and get the message across well, but your smoking skills are superb and some of the finest. I hope to be a CO pot tourist sometime soon. Thinking Colorado Springs. Otis

Thanks, Old Fart. I'll keep the board posted. Maybe I'll get to meet some Channelites. Thinking late October. Otis
