I made every effort to meet up with KIO but Amsterdam swallowed him up as it often does.
Hope he’s ok.

Re: Icelandair on strike.

I’ve just had the nicest time here. We went on a dinner lights cruise to see all the holiday lights from the canals as we ate and drank to excess. Amsterdam had a red LED light cord the entire route and many specialty displays along the route. There were lazars and 3D projecters and giant projection...

Did you immediately get yourself to a coffee shop to counteract your PTSD? Great job by Icelandair booking an alternative flight BTW. No , but I sprung for a cab to take me to my loved one with bong ready. And yes to Icelandair’s quick work. I actually arrived 6 hours sooner. Had a delicious breakf...

Icelandair on strike.

So they canceled my flight 24 hours before takeoff. 6 hours later I was emailed a new itinerary. They booked me on a United flight with a 35 minute layover at Dulles in DC leaving in 10 hours. What could go wrong? According to the UA app, I would de-board at gate C1 and only have to make gate C6 a f...

Not really. Denver Pyle has a rice-paper ego in constant need of tending. Surely you had noticed this over the years? Yawn. Boring. My misses has been feeding those parakeets for years. She goes through a bag of apples and several bags of peanuts weekly. They bring their young in and teach them how to beg. I've counted over a hundred many times. I've a few that will take peanuts from my hand. Here in Jamaica they are everywhere ...

Love Jamaica although as a vegetarian it was a bit of a nightmare. Wasn't so keen on Negril tho. Too many hustlers So no goat or ox tail for you then. Of course seafood was bountiful. The Lobsters are fresh daily and prepared a dozen different ways. Yams are wildly popular and all grown locally. So...

After all the hot days the Jordaan neighborhood smelled like shit and piss. That heavy rain washed it all away. It really was the worst I have ever experienced there. We were in the middle and so disgusted we made a bee line for a more open area. Did you notice too?
